Are smart locks secure enough for my front door?
A quality smart lock from an established brand, correctly installed, is as secure as a good mechanical lock — and the audit trail and code management add security mechanical locks can't offer. What matters is correct fitting and choosing a model with proper encryption and a mechanical backup. We only install brands we'd fit on our own doors.
What happens if the battery dies or my phone is lost?
Every smart lock we install has a mechanical backup — a physical key override or external battery contacts. We set this up with you and make sure you know exactly how it works before we leave.
Can I get a smart lock on a UPVC door?
Yes. Retrofit smart cylinders replace your existing euro cylinder and work with the multipoint mechanism you already have. It's one of our most popular installations in South London's newer housing.
